"I was informed when I called to schedule my grooming bill would be either $45 or $55 because my mini golden doodle is 34lbs. This included gland expression and an additional $7 fee for nail grinding. I said fine and made the appointment. I picked my dog up who looked GREAT, but my bill was $135!!!!!! Almost 3x the amount I was quoted and was told he is a special breed level 5. No one mentioned anything like that... nor does that mean anything to me. I usually go to PetSmart but wanted to give the small business a chance in my neighborhood instead of the big box store! Well, the big box doesn't even charge $135!!! Hell, we had a Rotti and never paid $135!! By the way my mini golden doodle does not have matted hair, I keep it cut low to avoid that, no fleas or extra anything needed because he gets a bath at home regularly. There was absolutely no need for an upcharge... he is also extremely mild mannered and tempered... I am so angry I could scream!! I will NEVER return!"

"If I could rate less than 1 I WOULD! Their receptionist who misinform & LIES will cause alot of loss business! They overbook & don't follow appointment times. 1st incident, had a 7:30 appointment, arrived on time. Called at 11 to check in, I was told that it will be close to closing because they took a dog with anxiety before my 2- got dogs back at 2:40 after a call from owner. I was promised a 1 hrs express service next visit. I called Monday & was given an appointment for today(which they lied & 1st said we booked yesterday & then said they fit us in today) We arrived at 8:30,called at 10:20 &was told about another hr (- I emailed the owner, she had the lady call back & now I'm being told express is 2 hrs per dog)- I was then told the owner had them stop the groom unfinished & come get the dogs & they still charged $65.00 If truth & customer service is important as well as your time, please choose another groomer"

"I shouldve known when they didn’t ask for any vaccinations and or forms to RUN. I asked for my dogs usual kennel cut and ears cut short. My dog has never had behavioral issues with groomers but when i picked him up because they called me saying he was “ready” he came out looking almost the same as before i dropped him off. they told me he got nippy however it seems like they stressed him out because they were rushing the scissor job. His paws, ears and face are still long and completely uneven. Ive never seen my dog so stressed and ready to leave the groomers. NEVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! It took ten minutes at home to fix the job I paid 60$ for."
