"Horrible experience. My experience was duplicate of other posted reviews regarding owner leaving pets unattended and closes business down for hours without communicating with pet owners. Pets are left in cages without any water or food for several hours. Business advertises as pet grooming facility not pet boarding. This is a case of animal neglect and will take necessary measures to protect not only my pet but any other pet possibly left in this establishments care. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE"

"Every time I bring my dogs there, it takes EIGHT (8) HOURS to groom them. Minimum. That's with an appointment. I don't understand why it takes so long and why they can't be honest when you ask what time to pick up your dogs. If they say your dog will be ready in 30 minutes, that really means like 2 more hours. My dogs just sit in a crate all that time without food or the bathroom. It's just so frustrating. If you go here, plan for an all day (and night) appointment."
