"I went here seven or so times before I was sent a bill. On that bill I was charged 50$+ everytime I asked a question, got diagrams printed out, etc. They also attempted to charge higher than my actual copay everytime. I am a college student with 0 income, and they did this without second guessing. The bill I received was unconscionable. I was told by other physical therapists to send my insurance after Cora Physical therapy and my insurance did nothing. Because of all this, I've had the pleasure of dealing with their customer service at corporate and their policies make it so college students making zero income are required to show papers that just don't exsist. Thanks to Cora I learned the tools to walk well again but now am drowning in medical debt."
