"Nice TV lounge and comfortable chairs they even have the big bouncy balls you can sit on too. On a positive note they will at no extra cost lose your luggage and purse. Overall not a good place. Just My experience."

"Some good recovery here. They had my intake paperwork completely messed up saying I had cancer, and dishonorable discharge from the military which I've never been in. 2 techs stole from me, a pack of cigarettes and a 60$ adidas bag. It was like pulling teeth trying to get them to get my paperwork done for FMLA.. but like I said, there was positivity at the facility"

"This place is a joke! Brought my son here one day and he walked away the next day. So anyone can walk in or out without being noticed. They are definitely not a caring staff and none of them are on the same page with what’s going on with the patient. They did not give all my son’s home medications to him the night he went in. They only gave him one pill that night and gave him the rest of his meds the next morning. It’s essential that you take your medication around the same time everyday. You think they would know this, but guess not! They had a cart of supper food, UNCOVERED, in the hallway waiting to fill plates up and feed it to their patients, while staff walking back and forth past it, very unsanitary and possibly cold food too. Yes I seen this with my own eyes ( I’m the mother) as I stated above anyone can walk in or out of this place. Also you cannot enjoy any outdoor activities because there is nothing but a parking lot outside with construction all around it. So if you go in this facility depressed you will come out more depressed. It’s so sad there’s no help for our loved ones/substance abuse, no one seems to care!!"

"The Kathy Ireland Recovery Center, in Williamson WV has really been a positive experience for so many of us employees. We have a great team, and a super boss (Jennifer Reed). It’s definitely a learning experience for all staff, and can proudly say that we give it a 110% each and everyday. I’m so grateful that I can share my experience, strength, and hope to our residents.
