"Was being scheduled for autism testing through the VA to the company, but a very rude lady named Sherry told me if they had to submit my insurance to Medicaid for pre approval it would take 2 appointments. So when I said the VA had already pre-approved the payment through optium. She wanted me to do her job and research the payment. I suggested she contact the person that sent her the referral. And she became snotty and said it will be 2 appointments anyway. When I mentioned this back to her like why do I need to get that information for you then if you can just submit it through Medicaid, I'm not going to waste my time if it's not saving me any time, so she got rude and threatened me with no service, so I said "that's what the bad reviews online are from her attitude", and she hung up on me after her saying "I'll just refer you back to the VA then!""

"The medical field is no longer about helping patients, it's about triggering their mental illness and billing the most amount of money and times as possible from them. I couldn't give a 0 star review. Y'all think you are better than the mentally challenged people you are supposed to be trying to help? I'm at my other step, which is going to be filing a formal complaint with the insurance company and the ADA for discrimination."

"This is the first place my son has found a counselor he feels he can talk to and had made a connection with. I am also very pleased with my counselor and he had been the first counselor I truly feel I have connected with and because of the connection I have made with this counselor I have finally been able to stick with my therapy for longer than 6 months. For the first time I feel like I am making progress and will continue making progress."

"The counselor is very liberal and lets her feminist beliefs show trough her questioning. There is no oversite between her and the family court system so as long as she's getting paid there's no motivation to get to a stopping point with her patients. She literally lied about facts in my court case but obviously leans on her relationship with the court to get away with it. It's sad that these professionals profit off of breaking up families in the name of "what's best for the child". Steer clear of her shady practices."

"Good counselor, rude owner, refused to send affidavit meeting judge's requirement. Lost out on having my son for Father's Day. Some people don't get customer service!"
