"Unfortunately the practice is in serious decline. No response to phone calls at all, none. Polite staff answer phone but have no ability to pass on messages to critical staff. Multiple Medical Staff members not licensed in West Virginia therefore not having privileges in West Virginia. Clinical staff are often temps so no continuity of care. These problems Can lead to serious compromise of your healthcare. Look for practice with more MD physicians and long term RN, NP,PA providers. Not returning phone calls in itself is telling for any business let alone for one that provides critical medical services. Look elsewhere, after first in person appointment you will no longer be important. In person appointments with licensed personnel extremely long Waite list. It’s sad loss to small town when first string provider deteriorates so abruptly."

"I was honestly shocked to read the Reviews for this establishment. I deduct from the reviews that communication is a break down but I have not experienced this myself. My experience with this location, their technician, office, nurse practitioner and doctor has been nothing but wonderful. I have been treated very well and the followup has been magnificent from the staff. They have gone above and beyond for me as a patient and show care and compassion each and every time. I value this more than words can describe as I dealt with another business (ohio health, Nelsonville ohio) and while their technician was very nice, they lied to me, charged me a ton, made me do followup that they didn't require from other patients and all in all it turned into a BBB suit against them and the bills they charged me. I highly recommend stultz even if your hours away, this is unbeatable care."

"In the beginning seemed like they cared by a time went on this wasnt so. Wouldn't return phone calls never got another sleep study after tonsils were taken out. Had an appointment Dr was to call made it clear I live in the middle of no where so I don't get cell service because she called my cell had to reschedule guess what appointment was at 940 am never I called 1030 called office said was running behind 20 mins 1130 came I called back they said she scalled me NOPE turns out was my cell once again front desk promised she would call back yesterday after she talked to the dr to let me know what is going on guess what 1030 next day called and simply said haven't had time to talk to her yet."
