"Unimpressed. If insurance would cover my treatment with Faith In Motion, I'd have stayed with them. At Faith In Motion, I was treated as a client that was valued. I was monitored for my pain and discomfort with exercises (I began seeing a PT to aid in management with rotator cuff pain and mobility issues before a doctor prescribed therapy). Once prescribed, naturally I went with an in-network provider, because out of network is rather expensive and this is looking like a long and intensive recovery. After the initial assessment and one visit - during which time I was doing the exercises assigned to me at home every day - my pain not only intensified, but my range of motion decreased, my ability to sleep and quality of sleep plummeted and I'm in worse condition than before. At Generations, the PT was present, but paid virtually no attention to what I was doing or how. I was also treated with red light therapy, which I felt was not at all helpful. If anything, I believe this exacerbated my condition. I had also requested exercises for my ankle, which I had injured, and was struggling with some lingering weakness in. I never received any assessment for or acknowledgement of my ankle, nor exercises for that - which I'm now grateful for, because they could have very well made that worse also! Can't say I recommend. The receptionist paid more attention and was more attentive than the PT. It felt like I was viewing a High School girls clique - I was set up with a task, given a timer, and forgotten about until the timer was done. I realize the staff aren't there to make friends with the clients, but I wasn't impressed with the lackadaisical and dismissive care after the treatment I had received at Faith In Motion."
