"Mike at the Newark/Heath, Ohio office was my Guardian Angel! My husband was discharged from the hospital on the Friday night of a three day holiday weekend, and he needed a nebulizer to continue breathing treatments for RSV. The hospital failed to communicate with me in a timely manner, so I arrived at the DASCO office 15 minutes after it closed. I was scared my husband would be back in the Emergency Room if I couldn't get a nebulizer for his breathing treatments. The DASCO office staff was gone, but I happened to catch Mike loading his delivery truck. He was a Godsend! Mike processed my paperwork, showed me how to set up the nebulizer, and made it possible for my husband to continue breathing treatments and avoid a return trip to the ER. Thank you Mike!!!"
