"Extremely rude lady made my friend cry and then the manager falsely “apologized” with no actions taken! My friend was playing the piano at the store (for which she asked nicely to, and then a sales woman came over and told her rudely and using an awful tone, to stop playing because the store already had music on…). My friend has already stage freight and bad anxiety and all musicians know how bad this can be, this lady doing that just made it worse and the store did like they didn’t care. If you will have a piano for your customer to play…you should train your staff to be nice. I WANT ACTIONS TAKEN not false apologies after you make such big damages."

The one thing that I always liked about Von Maur is that it's always been an old-money classy store. On weekends theirs normally a pianist playing music for the store and it just brings a more soothing experience while shopping here."
