"Here for a sale at 6am as listed in their Facebook site...its 6:20...no one here...also ad on Facebook said entire store 50% off yet a sign in window says " 50% off some with some exclusions".. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER BEFORE YOU ARE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!"
"I’ll tell you once and only once, the employees all of em need to be fired no manners what so ever and all of them have this nasty habit of staring deep into you while you shop. ps if you think you can make it to the store before they close you will not they close early before they’re supposed close. Also save your money most stuff is either in terrible shape or mostly fake"
"They sometimes have nice linens. But if you're a thrift store who doesn't even give management the power to price items, it's imperative that you make sure items have price tags. So frustrating, I'd searched high and low for 2 blankets of a certain color and had to leave both at the register. They must not want to make sales. How hard is it to slap 5 dollars on a blanket and make a sale."
"Update: contacted them as they asked below and I've heard nothing. Seems like maybe it isn't just the manager that's terrible. I'm also not surprised to see the influx of reviews from others having similar rude encounters with the manager here. Very surprising she's working there considering how many reviews have popped up about the depths of her lack of professionalism and rudeness. I've gone back since and it was horrible each time. The manager just glares at me. The other employees scream at the top of their lungs that the store is closing once every 2 minutes for an hour. They loudly complain about customers and make sure we are all uncomfortable enough to just drop what we are doing and leave. It's really gone downhill fast. I have been coming here for years. I always find something great, so it keeps me coming back. I've never felt inclined to write a positive review or a bad one... until tonight. I walked in around 815. I was looking for something specific (furniture), so I knew I'd be quick. When I walked in I found a Christmas village house and another, and noticed the tag didn't have a price. So I went to ask an associate who seemed like they were possibly management because they did not have a vest on like the others. They walked over and said "oh, its because it's a set, and there's are 14 pieces. If you find 1 out of 14, you'll find the price." I started to gather them together and pointed out there's only 8. She shrugged and said "I don't know what to tell ya". I asked if I could buy what was there, she said "not without a price". So I asked how do I get a price and where are the others? Again. Same shrug, and proceeded to tell me the morning manager would have to deal with it because "they dont know what to tell me". So I asked if these could be put to the side until then. They said no, it's company policy not to hold things. I started to point out that if they can't be sold, why can they not be put to the side until someone who is willing to price it is here. They proceeded to interrupt me. They would not let me speak. I asked if they would please let me continue. They said they did not interrupt me and for me to go ahead. I started again to ask for an understanding as to why they can't put them aside until they can be sold to me and once again i was cut off and spoken over. I pointed out that they again interrupted me. They cut me off even as I said this and told me someone in the morning can deal with me. So I asked how to do that and what her name was, and they walked away, as I was talking to them. Absolutely horrible behavior for someone working there and representing the place. I went to the register to leave my information since this person obviously had no intention of doing anything further for the night. The person in line in front of me was discussing what happened with the cashier, and I overheard them saying how unacceptable this person's behavior was (the person speaking was unaware i was standing there). Once the person noticed I was there, they spoke to me and said it was not ok how I was treated. The cashier tried to justify it by saying it's been a "long day". I left my number, but I have no hope of any customer service being followed through. I also found out this person was the manager here this evening. If that's who you have managing the store and other employees, I'm disappointed, to say the least. They should not be in that position. They are clearly frustrated with being there and took that out on a customer. They did not want to help with the situation at all, took the bare minimum route, and did it as rude as possible."
"Used to love shopping here for dolls. They’ve unfortunately started trying to sell dolls with extreme haircuts in sealed bags, so the buyer can’t see that a kid decided to play barber with them unless they open the sealed bag. Pricing defective dolls the same way as in good condition dolls comes off as greedy. They used to price nude dolls cheaper as well but keep creeping the price up. Not impressed."
