"This is the best J.Jill in the Atlanta metro area. The ladies in this store are so helpful without being pushy. I always find great deal in their sale section and they always have super items in the non-sale section. The sales ladies are always willing to get a size or something that might work better. It is just a pleasure to shop with them - almost like shopping with girlfriends !"
"I love J. JILL. This is the second time I have tried the store at the Avalon and the manager there is extremely rude. The first time I went in, no one even acknowledged I was there. I finally asked for help and she acted as if she was doing me a favor . There were no other customers. I chalked it up to her having a bad day. Today I went back and there is the same woman. Doesn't speak, doesn't ask if I need help and I heard her speak very rudely to another lady in the store-. I really hate to see this happen because my "go-to" J. JILL is always so helpful and the sales people there are wonderful. People, don't judge all stores by the service you get at the Avalon."
