"I had my knee replaced in October. When it was time for rehab, NOT ONE rehabilitation facility in the Steubenville/Wintersville area would accept my insurance, nor CASH. I was devastated. I thought I’d never walk right again. When I called Rehab Plus, I spoke with Mary, who was so very nice, and she told me they would take care of me. Needless to say, she was true to her word. My therapist was Annie, who was fantastic. Very caring, professional and supportive. Craig was her backup and did a great job. I am back to normal thanks to them. I received excellent care and had a very professional staff. Of all the therapies I have had, this by far was the best! I was able to find a lot of relief by water exercise, stretching, the underwater tread mill and the powerful jets. I highly recommend Dr Runkel and his staff for any therapy needs!"

"This place is just a money grab. No one on one service. Many others here receiving service. Most of the time the doctors here just sit down and do notes and are not watching you. Be careful save your checks or slips when you pay your copay. They sent me a bill for my copays after I paid in office. Still fighting them over this. I refuse to pay twice."
