"Very unprofessional, if you would happen to need a reschedule not only will you not get an answer or return call. By 8:00 the next morning you may be deleted from her system and care. It was supposed to be my second phone appointment to finish my intake questions. So it was during "covid" which I happened to have and be off work when the appointment was scheduled. She knew I was off and I told her if I'm released to go back I'll have to work that day. I was told it's ok let's just get you in the books and if you work we can reschedule. Well that day came and I tried all afternoon to contact her office and personal phone. In her words " I don't have time for people to be rescheduling". And by 8:00am the next morning I was deleted. It cost me my career. She's in the city of Wheelings pocket."
