"Went here to have my dog groomed and nails cut, they did an EXCELLENT job! Super nice and helpful staff, they seemed very knowledgeable about my dog having a wound on his nail. Felt very welcome!"

"This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a groomer. Do not take your dogs here if you care about them! I dropped my 2 dogs off at 8 am and couldn’t pick them up until 6:30 pm! I understand they are busy for the holidays season (I came on the 21st of Dec) but when I made the appointment on the phone nobody informed me that they do not do time slotted appointments. Everyone just drops their dog off at 8 am and they get to them whenever they get to them. Which unfortunately in my case wasn’t for 10 HOURS! When I called at noon because I hadn’t heard anything and it had already been 4 hours, the lady (who is also the groomer) was so disrespectful and had no sympathy for the fact that my dogs went all day without eating and spent the whole day in a crate. They told us they gave the dogs water and treats but when we finally got home they drank entire bowls of water, which further made us feel like they were not actually attended to in the kennels. She said my dogs (who I have blow dried myself) didn’t like the blow drier so they’d have to air dry in their crates before they could groom them. When we went to pick them up we tried to address our concerns in person but the lady was just yelling at us, talking over us and trying to accuse me of lying about what her employees had told me over the phone when I called to book the appointment initially. I never post reviews unless something is extremely good or extremely bad. So please for the love of your dogs, DO NOT go here. I was deceived by all these good reviews online but it isn’t the truth. The only somewhat decent thing I can say about this place is the grooming job wasn’t bad, but when I dropped off I asked them not the shave my poodle mixes tails at the base and leave the tail and ears fluffy and they didn’t even listen to that. I would have told them at pick up if they weren’t already defensive and rude. We just paid and left because there was no point in trying to talk to her since she wouldn’t listen."

"The people here are so nice and wonderful with our dogs. Our golden has very thick fur, but she always comes out beautiful after her hair day."

"We have gone to another local groomer for a while but after several disappointing visits and constant increase in price I decided to find somewhere else. After reading some reviews I decided on the Dog House and I am SO happy I did. Everyone was so sweet and welcome and my sweet girl looks beautiful! We will be back!"

"There are no words for how much I love these ladies and how thankful we are for them! We couldn’t say “Aunt Lou” to Sir Dudley (our toy poodle) or he would go NUTS wanting to see her! They had such a special relationship, and he always looked and smelled amazing! We lost him tragically in April 2020, and Lou was the phone call we made. She cried with us, and the girls went above and beyond to make sure we were doing okay. I never once worried (then or now) about leaving my baby with them! Each of the ladies have such a special gift with dogs. Now Valor (our mini poodle pup) is learning to enjoy grooming thanks to their patience with him. I can’t recommend them highly enough!"
