"We went there to donate food and litter, we were able to look ar all the animals and everything was neat, tidy, and very clean...we might have fallen in love with an adult cat we'll see..."
"Jon Rutherford is extremely rude when trying to get information. He has no interest in helping people get their animals back. Has the attitude that he is better than everyone."
"Family went to look at large dogs to adopt Saturday 2/4/23. Found a beautiful liver colored Husky named ACE. He was in a “cell” in area w/all other adoption dogs up for adoption. I would have fostered or adopted, either way, but was told ACE “would be” put into quarantine. Was told he bit or nipped someone and would be euthanized TODAY MONDAY 2/6/23 I was there Saturday 2/4/23! I would have signed any legal binding documents to have taken FULL responsibility for this beautiful but shy dog….. (7 months old)…… Was told a court order had been placed on said dog to be killed?!? WHY WAS HE IN “GENERAL POPULATION” instead of DEATH ROW then??? Humans get 3 strikes. Dogs? Cats? Death??? I immediately gravitated to this particular dog and I DID make a connection. Of course a shy dog neglected by his owners can potentially nip or bite especially in that noisy smelly atmosphere! I’d bite someone poking fingers in my cell door too!!! Poor ACE has already been euthanized! RIP ACE."
