"Do not order from West Georgia Balloon and Party. If I could do zero stars, I would. The customer service is laughable. My grandmother ordered Gavin a custom birthday announcement. We live on Garrett Rd. She puts down that Gavin’s name is Garrett. We have tried contacting her all day to let her know that’s not correct. She finally answers and says she can’t fix it till six pm tonight, so I said okay, then we need a partial refund because the signs are only up for a limited amount of time. She said ‘no that’s not how I do my business’ and hung up on me. You make a mistake as a business owner, you fix your mistake. Your mistake is not the customer’s fault. It’s your fault. She didn’t even bring the sign by till eight pm last night, rang the doorbell and woke Gavin up, so I couldn’t go outside right then and check the sign. Your business won’t last long if that’s how your do your business Mrs. Patty. If she had just fixed her mistake, then that would have been that. But arguing with your customers (a repeat customer at that) and not prioritizing fixing your mistake when all you did was put on peel-able stickers that take two minutes to take off and put on new ones? Alright. Not to mention, on the Garrett sign you can clearly see that ‘Baylor’ was put down first and that she tried to paint over that and put Garrett. These custom made to order pieces really don’t seem all that custom or made to order when I can make out the name of the last kid who got this one. The ‘screaming’ that she states was my sick child crying because he has an ear infection as my mother and grandmother both tried to contact her and she answered when I finally did. My grandmother numerous times told her that we wanted the sign to be delivered on Friday in the evening, which to me isn’t 8 pm."

"I ordered a balloon statue on behalf of an NFL client of mine. Patricia understood exactly what was needed and the piece turned out so great. She was very responsive via text and phone and sent photos of the finished product upon request. I would def be using in the near future! :)"
