After 2 months I sent an email asking about my order the situation was explained an I was very understanding of it waited a couple more weeks the order showed it was shipped I paid for expedited shipping for I believe it was 2 or 3 days still never got an update and never received it over a month later so I contacted them again. She said she would reship the item because she thought I was lost in shipping and would still do the expedited shipping. Waited a couple more weeks and still nothing so I attempted to contact them again this time I couldn’t even send an email it said the email address no longer existed, I tried more than one because there was an email for general questions and for returns both said the same thing. Attempted to contact threw fb commented on posts multiple times and my comments got taken down. Thank god I ordered threw Klarna because I disputed it with them and ended up getting a refund. Worst experience ever with a company!!"

"Katie likes to steal other Etsy Shop Owners pictures and claim them as their own. She also likes to send damaged and poor excuse painted items and claims that they’re meant to look distressed. She takes 2 months to ship out items and refuses refunds . 10/10 would not recommend. Horrible business."
