"Worst hotel experience ever. It's 3:52 AM and I'm still awake with the obnoxious noise across the street at the Shell station. For the second night in a row. Clearly this has been an ongoing problem. I'm not sure why a noise ordinance is not in effect for the patrons of your hotel?! There would be nothing that the front desk could possibly do to help me with this issue. You will not sleep if you stay here on the street side of the hotel. Don't bother! And I have a 6:40 AM flight; so not happy with this stay."

"This hotel is great! For starters, the staff are incredible and so kind. They were all so helpful. The room itself was very spacious and nice with great amenities. The continental breakfast was delicious and had many great options. The only downside (kind of) is the location. It’s close to a lot of things, but then that’s the problem, it’s close to a lot of things going on. My sleep was interrupted my police sirens all night and people playing loud music. It could have just been our specific room location since it was right next to the road - but just be wary."

"This was perfect for our one night stay on the way to the Keys. Staff was friendly and great. The room was clean. I would pick this place if we were in need to stay in Tallahassee again. The breakfast offered had a good variety of items to chose from. Like the availability of places to eat and drink within walking distance."

"We stayed at this hotel recently, and typically always love the experience at Residence Inn. This hotel is in need of an OVERHAUL. The significant issues are 1. unreasonable parking fees at $30.00. This speaks volumes and absolutely should be reduced if not deleted. 2. Hot water is not sustainable over 5 minutes, only after letting the water run for 10 minutes to get warm. 3. The furnishings are dated and unfortunately in my room....stained and dirty. This is in no way a reflection on the cleaning staff. My room was very clean and just in need of a renovation. The location is great, but unless you need a residence inn, I would look elsewhere."

"Just had an amazing 3 night stay here. We came up to watch the FSU game in Tallahassee instead of the craziness that Miami would have been. The service we received was absolutely fantastic, everyone was extremely nice and we loved Ms. Barbara that made our breakfast every morning. It was incredibly delicious. The room was a suite and it was clean and fully stocked. My only complaint and suggestion is the pull out couch, it was extremely uncomfortable and in this world of memory foam mattresses it needs to be updated. I had to sleep on it for one of the nights and I don’t recommend it at all. I’m posting pictures of the mattress so you can see it. Besides that I highly recommend staying here. Thank you to all the staff for making it a great weekend."
