"Stopped here for a night on a road trip. Rooms were recently redone, but had pink and black mold in the tub and toilet. Breakfast was bare even though there was still an hour left for breakfast. Front desk staff was great and did their best to correct any issues."

"We did not know they are in process of remodeling. Perfect location from us. Luckily our room was already remodeled. Nice fresh. Bed very comfortable with lots of pillows. No waffles was disappointed (they are so good)as the dining area closed, breakfast was in Siminole conf room."

"Stayed on the 3rd floor which was newly renovated. Loved the clean room with new carpet. Lots of storage for roller boards and miscellaneous bags. The staff was a delight and friendly."

"I stayed here in February and hoped the recent renovations would have taken care of the issues I had during that stay. I was lucky enough to get one of the finished rooms this trip but was very disappointed. They replaced carpet and wallpaper but the furniture is still the same worn and beat up furniture as before the renovation. The lighting is insufficient especially in the bathroom, there was practically no water pressure in the shower, the room smelled musty, no in-room microwave (which is not something their website said they had but this is the only Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at that didn't have an in-room microwave. They did have a microwave in the lobby but having one in room would have been more convenient), the icemaker on my floor was not functioning. Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn choices but they did not have the grab n go breakfast bags I've gotten at other Hampton Inns. The room itself was clean and they provided an adequate number of towels. The location is convenient with several restaurants nearby and quick access to I-10 but there can be a lot of road noise during the night."

"Fortunately I didn't experience anything what people write on reviews. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and was very nice with my kids. The hotel Itself was fine however there was one big NO and it was no microwave in the room. For families who travel with kids it is something essential and this is the second hotel in whole my experience with Hilton (I am diamond member) that didn't have MW in the room."
