"I went to drop off used clothes 2 weeks ago and found a tarp over the clothing donation bin. So I waited until Clothing and Food Bank night on Wed night to drop of the clothes and let my kids pick out some other clothes in exchange. The tarp was still there, and the doors locked up tight while the sign in front still said Clothing Bank on Wednesdays 6-8 pm. No signs on the doors, no notice, no indication of whether this is permanent or temporary. Everything looks abandoned."
