"Worse customer service ever Both employees were very snobby and acted like they were better then my daughter and I. Left crying zero help what so ever. I was told it wasn’t on line. When o got out to my car I went and looked and it was online. Why did the employee lie is that customer service you give to ladies. You make them feel like they are beneath you"

"Just walked out of Lane Bryant Corridor G. Nobody said hello to me. No one assisted me as I went into the dressing room no one asked if everything was ok. Btw the dressing rooms need a paint job. So I just walked out."

"My sisters, my step mom and I went to the location in Charleston WV to be sized and purchase bras. The employee Lora was an absolute doll! She was very sweet and patient with it being 5 of us in there! She sized each one of us and helped us find the perfect bra! I would recommend Lora to absolutely anyone! Thank you!"

"Worse service I have ever had at a Lane Bryant's. I was visiting my son in Charleston WV there was a Lane Bryant's (there is not one close to where I live) went in to get a few new bras. Every other Lane Bryant's I've been in has always checked to make sure that the bra fits correctly and is comfortable. The sales lady got me a few bras to try on and NEVER came back to check on me, and I did need others that fit better. I was not about to walk out into the store in a bra to find another one. I waited in the dressing room for 10 minutes!!! I could hear the sales ladies out there talking with each other (I was the only customer in the store) finally I just put on my shirt and left. Not a single one ask me anything as I walk past them out the door!!!! I will NEVER shop at that Lane Bryant's again. Service was absolutely terrible!!! The sales lady that waited on me at first acted like I was a bother to her. That store sucks!!!"
