"I showed up to my appt. I have been waiting for four months to get it. I realized once I got there I had switched purses and forgot my ID. My husband took off work so I could go. I’ve been waiting months. I asked if I could have it faxed in or run home and get it. (I live close by) They wouldn’t budge. There is something to be said when it comes to business and just being an understanding human with common sense. I could have proved it was me many ways including having my ID faxed in."

"Moved to Fairmont area and transferred to Dr. Flowers. I’ve only seen her once and was suppose to have a follow up visit but has yet to be scheduled. Tried calling on multiple occasions and only get voicemail. Left several messages with no return call. My husband finally got a hold of them and played phone tag with them multiple times because they told him they would talk to Dr. Flowers and call him back. When they finally called back they wanted to schedule me two weeks out. Their web page says they are open until 4:30 M-Th and until 6pm on Thursday. I work 8am-4pm . My husband ask them if they had anything available after 4 and they told him they close at 4pm. The one appointment I did have was scheduled at 3pm and they tried on multiple times to get me to take an earlier appointment. Dr. Flowers was very nice but poor service when it comes to scheduling and caring about patient."

"Dr. Flower sees everyone in our family, from 6 to 75. And we all think she is great. She takes as much time as you need to answer all of your questions, and explain all options. If she ever does have to refer you, she sends you to someone she knows and trusts, too. We cannot say enough wonderful things about her and her staff."
