Starbucks

"Stopped in at 8:30am today (9/4/24) for coffee. (Drive thru) Ordered coffee, bagel and pumpkin loaf. Asked for Toasted bagel with butter and crème cheese, (out of crème cheese.) Got order and discovered plain bagel, not toasted, 2 little squares of freezing cold butter with no knife to spread it on with! Not ONE napkin! The coffee, which had a sleeve on cup…I don’t know why as it was far from being HOT! Just really warm. ( it was fresh and tasty however.) (Did not try pumpkin loaf slice.) I was the only customer, it was not crowded. She asked me if I wanted to put in a TIP before I even got card in machine slot! Glad I didn’t give one! Come on Starbucks! You can do better than this! ( for 9.68! )"

"Maybe someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed. But our barista was aggravated when I clarified my order. I’d hope for a bit better service from Starbucks. Drinks were still made in good time. Also, Starbucks used to build shops with moderately interesting atmospheres. Now it seems they’ve resorted to being the McDonalds of coffee shops, taking the approach of minimum care put into each individual shop. It’s pretty bland all over."

"Coming from out of town, we stop at this Starbucks when traveling to our vacation destination. We have never had a bad experience here. Our food is always good but our drinks are always GREAT! They taste amazing. The customer service is always wonderful as well."

"Brand new starbucks, great interior and staff. Would recommend sitting here too if you want to stop by and finish some work and great place for official hangouts too"
