"I was looking for a new doctor and I made an appointment yo see her. I needed to be seen as soon as possible because I was having issues breathing, so I told her I needed an inhaler. She didn't send it in so I called her then showed back up to her office to see if I could get it any sooner since it is a breathing medication so VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE and her receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE and didn't want to hear anything i had said and when i told her i had gave her my information she was like me no i didnt get anything from.. lie..then when i would tell her i needed the doctor to just send my breathing medication refilled and she would mumble the same thing over and over again saying shes with patience i waited 2 and 1/2 hours to see if she makes sure she did and by now it was cloisng time and the last patient finally left and i ask the receptionist again about the doctor and she says this time I don't know when I can see her. Very unprofessional. The receptionist was the worse ever. Very bad experience. A note on the doctor very nice but blew off what I told her other doctors her to check for me and the biggest one is she kept nodding off and explaing herself eventually at she seen me looking at her weird she said her glasses was the problem but that doesn't make your eyes and she had to try to get them back open..I could say a lot more but I'm tired of ever talking about that place Oh and I called.up there to leave them a message after I finally left and hot to let them know she didn't refill my inhaler and that I was short of breath what was I suppose to do. Go to the er when I was just at the doctor's for that. WHOS GOING TO PAY FOR MY GAS HAVING TO MAKE MULTI POL TRIPS AND IM ON DISABILITY TO HER OFFICE AND IF I NEED TO GO TO THE ER.. JUST A HEADS UP.. NEVER GO THERE. I SHOULD OF LOOKED AT HER OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE i MADE AN APPOINTMENT Thank GOD NOTHING HAPPENED TO ME BECAUSE I DIDNT HAVE MY INHALER!! I'm pretty sure neither her or her nasty insensitive receptionist gave a crap if I was ok or not. Ok I can go on but I'm done again but I'm just surprised to see how they treat people."
"I am done with this office! The wait time is atrocious because Kolleen spends WAY too much time with each patient. Then when you do finally meet with her, she wants to talk about herself the ENTIRE time. Very unprofessional! On top of that she can't keep help, one can only wonder why?? Once, she dropped the ball on me...was supposed to send a referral to WVU and failed to do it. So when WVU called me and asked me what was going on, I called Kolleen and asked if she could send the referral LIKE SHE PROMISED but she refused and actually lied about when my last appt with her was (stating it had been several months longer than it actually was) so that she can make me schedule with her (so she can bill). When I went to the appt. I called her out on it and she didn't even apologize....she DID admit to it though. BUT WAIT....there's more! One time I sat in her waiting area and had a bed bug crawl onto me!!!!! I freaked out. Kolleen had me text the pictures to her....no apology, just got another personal story of hers because everything is about her. There's actually more....but I'm over it! BYEEEEEEEE!"
"Kolleen is very caring and very easy to talk to and explain your symptoms! She doesn’t rush you in and out in a big hurry! If she can’t help you she’ll get you to exactly who can! She is focused!! Wonderful place!"
"Receptionists are rude and like to insinuate. Have to visit every 3 months for refills, which is ridiculous, certainly in the colder months for those like myself that use public transit, for childrens medication classified as non controlled substances. And apparently doesn't do telehealth visits anymore, and didn't even send out a notice about not doing them anymore. You just get a nasty response like "we don't do those anymore" when you ask,not knowing, like you're an inconvenience for asking. The Dr herself is great. Her receptionists though, make you not want to be a patient there anymore."
"Incompetent. Last appointment with her, I overheard her stating to her staff“she always does this” when I had moved up my appointment (mandatory every three months for any medication) for refills. Prior appointment (three months before) was telephonic as office was closed due to weather. Apparently she didn’t think to refill medication. She was in a huff during the visit, going on about her personal life, and stated to me about refilling medication without visit every three months “If you croak, it’s on me’”."
