"Every time I go there, the people really give off a bad mood vibe. I understand people don’t want to work or have off days or have stuff going on, but it’s a collective experience from everyone besides 1 worker that told me to have a great day. It’s from the ordering process to the paying process to the order pickup window. Out of the 10ish times I’ve been there, only 1 person has said something pleasant. I say thank you, and it’s either a hmm and shut the window or no response at all. It’s wild. Idk what work environment they have going on, but something is completely off. If Starbucks was across the street, I’d be certain that this place would go out of business. It’s like McDonald’s vs Chick-fil-A customer service honestly."

"What is there more to say? Dunkin does not disappoint. Love the cake donuts, they are tasty and cooked to perfection. We ordered a mocha, it wasn't on the menu, but staff accommodated our request and made us a very good mocha. We appreciated the willingness to make what we wanted."

"DO NOT go here for a coffee first thing in the morning. I type this as I sit in the drive thru. I was the only car here at 6:08am. It has been over 5 mins since I paid (remember no cars were in line when I arrived), and no sign of employee or coffee. Service may be better later in the day when an adult shows up to supervise these kids."

"DO NOT GO HERE. I had several issues in the past, so I stopped coming here for over a year. Came back this morning and it was the same absolute ineptitude at making coffee. I ordered a large sugar free vanilla latte. It was definitely sugar free, because it was bitter as hell and had no vanilla in it. The cup felt way too light, so I made a point to let all of the foam settle to see how much coffee was actually in the cup. After arriving to work and letting it settle for a bit, I took off the lid and the liquid was well below the halfway point of the cup and I hadn't consumed any of it yet. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF AND THEIR PRODUCT IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO."

"Drinks are on point, but if you order donut holes (munchkins) you should know there’s apparently a glaze shortage. Also, the chocolate croissants are nice, warm, and flaky. Con - you literally cannot taste any chocolate; your essentially just eating a good croissant."
