"Not bad overall kind of small rooms aren’t bad clean and decent. Staff is nice, however I watched the guy the morning of 12/14/23 setting up breakfast. He heated up biscuits in the microwave and didn’t have on any type of gloves while touching food that people are going to be taking out he touched everything bare handed and that’s unsanitary. Kept rubbing his face and nose with his hands and then touching the food. Utterly disgusting and repulsive. That’s highly unsanitary and unsafe."

"The only reason I give it a four on the room is because the first night in the room I couldn't get the TV to work and then when I went to bed and woke up throughout the night they were roaches running around on the floor. Then the nights after that was smooth sailing from there."

"Rooms were clean, a little dated, but comfortable. The breakfast area is quite small. I was on a bus tour and the breakfast area was crowded for that many people at one time. The staff was very friendly."

"PLEASE LOOK AT OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS!!! Dirty and disgusting. The entire place smelled terrible. Carpets in the hall old, and stained so bad. The doors and walls were dirty. The room smelled like black ice air freshener trying to cover up even worse smells. TV was old and the stand was loose, TV didn't even turn on. Carpet stains, old shower with nasty stains, shower door wouldn't even stay closed. It was 100 dollars for that room, and we immediately walked out and returned our key. Thank God we booked through expedia or we probably wouldn't have been able to get refunded. Stay at the Element hotel down the street, it was $30 more and 1000 times more beautiful, safe and clean."
