"I usually come here every weekend. Coffee is ok. Today I got stuck in a dr appointment, and didn’t pick up my $17 online order in time. They threw my espresso, smoothie, and bakery items in the trash. They refused to remake it, refund it, or add a discount to my new order. I understand taking accountability for being late, but like howwww does that make me want to ever return? Definitely am not."
