"Would not recommend. Stopped in to inquire about a bridal appointment and to see inventory and before my interests were addressed I was told several times they don’t allow try ons without an appointment. (I was not there to try on). I was never asked my interest, wedding date, or offered an appointment. They pointed me toward the dresses and never checked in to answer questions. There were no other clients in the building and there were 2 staff members. When I later messaged them to address how they made me feel, the lady who was there responded in a defensive manner. Not a good experience and won’t be perusing purchase from them. More than likely this review will have a defensive response from them (like all of the other negative reviews). A fake apology, followed by defensiveness, finished with a sarcastic ‘positivity’. Just be kind to customers.. it’ll get you far. And I can’t help but laugh at the 35$ measurement review.. ‘we have to pay employees’ so much for being a local, helpful, kind business."

"I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re a young bride because they don’t take you seriously. My bridesmaids and I would’ve had a fun day together if we had any kind of service help. We had to dig through dresses ourselves looking in my price range and all anyone did was check in and see how it was going when I asked where a certain style/priced dress was I just had fingers pointed. I also came during prom season (do not recommend) they were more focused on them than the bride who booked an appointment."

"If you need measurement for any kind of dress I would not go here. I called ahead and asked if they did free measurements because I needed to get it done for a weeding and the girl on the phone told me that they did do free measurements. I get to the shop and go to the desk where there was 4 people just standing around. The girl that finally asked me what I need and I told her looked at me rudely and said “did you buy the dress from here” when I told her no she said it’s $35 to do measurements and it not guaranteed you will get the right measurements. I’m not paying $35 to just get measurements. When they told me first on the phone it was free. So if you need measurements and you didn’t get the dress with them don’t go and waste your money when there is other places in town that will help you."

"Came in with wedding party to try on bridesmaids dresses. We had a few picked out and knew the dress number and brands we wanted to try on. Getting them to help us or even provide the most basic service was like pulling teeth. The associate acted annoyed the whole time and wouldn’t help us with clips or finding the styles we were looking for. Overall their rude attitude put a damper on what would have otherwise been a fun experience. I ended up ordering my dress from another shop since I wasn’t local, but the other bridesmaids had no choice but to purchase through Elizabeth Michaels. I wish there were other options in the area, and that they would treat their customers with more respect. Update in reply to owner response. I am an individual person that had an awful experience at your store. I wish myself and the bride in our party had looked at the reviews of your store before visiting. We didn’t….And unfortunately our experience mirrored so many others. Unfortunately my review didn’t bring up any new or budding issues. It truly just reiterates reviews that I wish we had looked at before entering your store. The drive elsewhere would’ve been valuable. I hope you improve in the future and learn to be at the least respectful to your customers."

"I loved my experience at Elizabeth Michaels!! I was wedding dress shopping and had a pretty large party with me. All the girls were kind, provided a place for all my people to sit at. They also helped me try on every single dress. The second I opened the dressing room door someone was there to help me get zipped up, etc. The staff at Elizabeth Michaels is AMAZING. If you or anyone you know is looking for a wedding dress, bridesmaid dress, prom or homecoming I HIGHLY recommend going there!!"
