"I think the in side was actually closed and it was like drive thru only but I went in cause my window won't roll down.. and they were so nice enough to take my order"

"The boy who took our order was rude and had no knowledge of the menu. I ordered two cold brews and they had roughly half of an inch of just coffee grounds at the bottom and the coffee was extremely bitter. The boy didn’t tell us the price and we had to check the little box on the outside of the window to figure out how much it was. And when we asked him to give us a moment at the drive thru, he repeatedly was raising his voice asking us to tell him what we wanted. The last time we came to this location, we got two large cold brews and were charged for them but were given a small and medium and the girl we spoke to would not remake our drinks and also did not know how to refund the money. This is not the first time we’ve come to this location with high hopes and left feeling as bitter as the coffee I’m drinking. We never have a good experience coming to this location and will not be back."

"Becareful, went thru drive thru got a signature ice latte. Was drinking it when something became stuck in the straw, found a wad of paper towel in the bottom of the cup stuck to the straw. Contacted dunkin about the issue, was told someone from the store would contact me no one ever did. Not to apologize, replace the drink or to reassure there was no bodily fluids from someone wiping their nose or mouth on that paper towel. #dunkin NEEDS TO DO BETTER"
