"I live about an hour away from any Starbucks so any opportunity I get to come I do. I usually get great service.. tonight however was different. Girl at the register was very rude and snippy. I work in a restaurant and would NEVER speak the way she spoke to me. I understsnd being under pressure and frustrated with so many different tasks to do. Treat people the way you’d want to be treated.. that’s all I have to say."

"This morning was possibly the last time I go to this location. Sarah took my order and then after practically throwing it out the window to me, she took my payment by card. She acknowledged me and then proceeded to roll her eyes and ignore me entirely when i went to ask for napkins. I understand you're a busy location, but to completely ignore your customers is truly just bad service that's result of a bad attitude."

"Typically I really enjoy this Starbucks. But the barista today did not let me finish talking and got my order completely wrong. Stay away, go to South Side."

"It's clean, spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is super friendly! They tend to run out of food options quickly. Pricey, it's cheaper to buy their stuff you can make at home. If you don't have the time and you need something faster. Wake up earlier. The coffee will wake you up either way you decide to go! I love the smell of fresh coffee from the drive thru window. Maybe overpowering to some, but for coffee lovers it's the smell of you anticipating your drink. Hot or cold."

"Very nice atmosphere at this Starbucks. Although, I can't overlook the atrocious wait! Waited nearly an hour and the staff didn't know how to make the Salted Carmel Mocha! I am very disappointed."
