"I was in town for a wedding and was referred to this place. I’m so glad I did! I arrived late Friday night and Mr. Roger greeted me with an umbrella and welcomed me right in. The place is so lovey and quaint. Unfortunately I wasn’t there more than 10 hours as I had to leave. I loved the little lounge area and the bedroom. I slept great! I hope to be back soon! "Ms. Annie's Guest house is beautiful inside and out! The room was flawlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The cost for the room was right on par with comparable offerings elsewhere in Georgia. A cooked breakfast is not offered, hence it's a Guest House and not a true Bed and Breakfast. That was no matter, as I had made other arrangements for breakfast anyway. If I could have had anything different, I would have liked better water pressure in the shower. Don't let that one thing deter you from choosing Ms. Annie's. I was very pleased with my decision to stay there. Thank you Roger and Jay!"
