"After having 3 confirmations of an appointment for an Anatomy scan at 20 weeks pregnant I was informed that I missed my scheduled appointment that was yesterday. I have absolutely no confirmation of an appointment for the 24th. It was rudely brought up that I had missed previous appointments in the past. There was no conflict resolution, no professionalism, no accountability that there was a mistake in the office. just blaming the patient for missing an appointment. Yet they have nothing in their system that says I have an appointment. Then why do I have all these forms of confirmation."

"I came here to the Teays Valley office after getting pregnant for the first time and after a really bad experience at another provider for my first prenatal visit. The staff is friendly and welcoming, nurses are also kind and caring, and it is clear that Dr. Buerke really cares about her patients and views them as people, not just another patient. I have fertility issues and have seen a number of providers over the years. Dr. Buerke is the only provider who seems interested in understanding my situation and putting all the pieces together. Unfortunately, I recently lost our baby by miscarriage, and I have been very satisfied with the support I've received from MU-ObGyn. They are keeping me informed as my HCG levels are dropping, they are closely monitoring my health, and they even ask me how I'm doing when they call to let me know my results. Over the holiday weekend when I had concerns and the office was closed, the answering service put me in touch with Dr. Keblowi who was the on call physician that day. My call was returned within ten minutes and he was also very kind and caring. I cannot say enough great things about Marshall Ob-Gyn. I am so thankful I switched providers! When the time comes for us to try for a baby again, I know that I am in good hands with Dr. Buerke. Would rate this place 100+ stars if I could!"
