"This place is disgusting! Bugs on the room floor, water puddle and water under the floor. The fridge was broken. The whole place stinks like a giant ashtray! Definitely leave this place off of your list!"

"Checked in was fast and easy. Staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. Room was big, clean and comfortable. Bed was so comfy. Pricing was great. very convenient location to everything with lots of places nearby to eat and shop. I'II definitely will be staying when coming If you ever need a space as big as an apartment with a working kitchen to provide for you or your loved ones, these are great hotels to go to! They even advertise that you can borrow common kitchen amenities. This is a great place to go if you feel like hanging out in the room and decompressing before hitting downtown Chattanooga . The room was clean, spacious, and comfy beds with plenty of pillows Rooms"

"Excellent Hotel. Great Location. Great Front desk and customer service. Nice and clean room. The room had a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Very clean bathroom and has clean towels. The bedding was soft with clean linens. The price was very reasonable and cheap if you planning to stay extended. Very safe and secure location with everything within walking distance. Everything was working perfectly well including the Air conditioning. The room smells very fresh and great. We'll be back for sure.This hotel is Close to Most things you would ideally want/have to access in Chattanooga.The Airport, Mall, food hub, Walmart, Multi directional highway accesses toward Atlanta, Knoxville and Downtown Chattanooga. The rooms are clean and have a nice esthetic! Staff is also very nice/ accommodating. Property condition looks nice. Bed was so comfortable."

"When I stayed there my friend paid with his credit card and when I got there they said he had to send photos of his card and I'd. He has Cancer and he was having trouble sending the photos . It got him all stressed out and also wore him out. They could have told him before they took the payment from his credit card. I ended up not staying in the room i paid for the next night because i had to call four times to get a different refrigerator because mine didn't work. My food went bad the entire process was stressful now I'm out $70 that I paid for the room im not happy ."

"For you and your kids safety, please do not stay at this studio6 in Chattanooga on Shallowford Road. I found bed bugs within the first 5 minutes, I did not stay. Contacted corporate, sent pictures and got my full refund after being told I wouldn’t get a full refund from the front desk. Incense were burned in the wall. The lamp was moulding and crushed. The a/c was kicked in and destroyed. From the parking lot it smelt like a animal infested weed party."
