"I ordered a laptop. It wasn't what I wanted so I sent it back. The laptop came up missing. When I addressed it the manager told me they don't allow things like that to be sent back. I told her the worker took it and told me ups will pick it up. When ups came there was no laptop to pick up. One of the employees stole my property and wouldn't address the issue."
"For $870/month (over 1k if you pay weekly) you get: A front desk that has never opened as scheduled for a full week straight. Roaches and drug dealers EVERYWHERE. A notice given to every tenant to please not call the cops anymore because they were about to be labeled a "nuisance site" and shut down. You get a key card that will stop working at least twice a week. You get water shutoffs at least 3 times a month. You MIGHT get WiFi depending on the room you're in. You also get checked out a day early, $300 worth of books stolen or thrown out, along with soap, fabuloso and glade plug ins. (Why?) You also get to let them keep your $100 security deposit. You know, because they checked you out a day early and had a whole lot of your stuff to throw out, steal or chuck in a closet in case you come back for it. (Which is how I discovered what had been stolen or thrown away, as it wasn't with the bags I had been SWORN to up and down contained everything that was left in my room. It didn't occur to me to dump everything on the floor in front of them to verify, which, fair enough. That's on me) For a roof over your head, a bathroom that sometimes works (my bathroom door was hanging half off its hinges the whole time and couldn't close) a bed and a door you can lock, it serves it's purpose. If you can handle the grime, sporadic utility cutouts, roaches, dealers/junkies, forget you ever paid a security deposit at all and plan to be moved out 2 days before checkout instead of the day before like I did, that is. Definitely not worth the price, or the headache to me in the end, though. If I need a roof and a door again I'll spend a little more and go to the Inn Town Suites. I've heard very good things about them from coworkers of mine. A revamped staff and a thorough, ol' fashioned police raid would work absolute WONDERS for the Chatt Inn. Zero stars across the board specifically because of how my time there ended."
"Stay away this place help two people steal my stuff and sale it or swap them for drugs. When I informed the office that my things were in there they wouldn't help me get them back. I've already lost so much. Then they banned me from the place allowing room 175 and 222 to have more time to take what they wanted. I've lost everything and Noone there cared. I wouldn't stay here if they payed me. No customer appreciation they are all criminals."
"Me and my fiancee were staying there about three weeks in the room they used to use as storage they had added furniture the day we moved in. It was smaller than all the other rooms. I am 34 weeks pregnant and fell off the twin size bed when my fiancee asked to switch rooms to a king bed like it said on the receipts. we were told nothing was wrong with our room. When we called today and asked for the mangers name they told us they couldn't give us one. Then she called back personally still not giving us a name and said "wassup what's your issue with me, cause you can handle it with me" But she had said after we checked out that the linens were missing and housekeeping had said that it was in there we even left two of our own towels. She's disrespectful and rude highly unprofessional. They won't let people with pits stay there unless they've been there three years or so but is it even in code they can be there that long?"
