"Worst experience and customer service. When I first arrived I the man who helped me asked me to go get cash to pay for my room, which was very odd to me. I had no problem paying the additional fee to pay with my card. Then he did have the key for the room we were getting and we had to wait for the owner to arrive. After getting settled, found that the door did not securely shut, any pressure placed on the outside the door would open and there was no deadbolt or another way to lock from the inside. The owner came and fixed that. At that point I was just ready got even though the door was fixed but I had my kids and they already had a long drive down and ready to chill out and get ready for bed. We cut the TV on and the cable wasn’t working, we then went to the office he came and got it working after he was working on that my daughter went to connect her tablet to the free advertised internet they have and it showed no connection when my mom made a comment about that he got very rude and disrespectful questioning her intelligence. After everything that happened I felt it was best to pack up and and leave, we did get a refund. Hope this helps someone else! Next time I’ll drive the extra 45 minutes out of my way just to have better options to stay"

"This place needs to be closed down. Poor lighting around premises, people hanging outside, loud music, just awful. I took one look at place and kept driving. Wish I could give it no stars!!"

"Horrible. I will never recommend this place if you are African American to stay there. I came all the way from Atlanta to do a recording session in the room. Of which I paid for. We were curtious enough to knock on our neighbors door and ask if a little music was ok and to let us know if we were to loud. I personally stood outside to see if I could hear music coming from the room and heard nothing till I walked to the door and it was low tv loud at best. Yet we were confronted by the racist middle eastern clerk that there were complaints. When we had only been there all of 20 mins. True I understand that people are there to sleep. So we were cautious of or music granted we have been doing this the better part of 20+ years and never once got a complaint while traveling and recording at any hotel. My business partner was outraged and and asked for our money back and the clerk called the police on us. They owners and clerk obviously don’t like Black people. My family have used them at one point to stay there in large numbers for events. I’ll make sure the don’t get anyone I know money again."

"The room was ok but the bathroom mirror was dirty & the floor tile felt sticky. There was no closet or hanging rack for clothes. It took the clerk about 20 minutes to process my credit card. He said it was his machine; however, I didn't like the fact that he was out of sight with my card the whole time. When I requested an extra pillow & blanket, no one was available to get it for us. The same clerk said we had to wait until someone else got back to give us the blanket & pillow. They brought it after 11pm. I pray I never have to go back."
