"I dealt with 5 different people over 4 visits, including managers. ONE person — a trainer named Haley — was the only one who was honest with me about the care of my dog. I was told, because she was nervous, she would be put in with small dogs first. That was a lie. I was told she had a great time. That was a lie. I was told, after another visit, that a manager would call me the next day. That was a lie. I wouldn’t trust a stray I found on the side of the road to these people. They make lots of promises and gladly take your money, but they did not care about my dog, nor about addressing any of my concerns. They are liars."

"Our dog Abby absolutely loves coming here for day play and boarding. She gets so excited when she gets out of the car and realizes where she is. We had to move out of our house for almost two weeks for a renovation and PetSuites Woodstock took such great care of Abby during that time. Perry goes to day play and has a blast playing with the other dogs in a clean and safe environment. We really like that we can check up on him with their webcams and that fun enrichment activities are available. "Highly recommend to any pet owner. Our dog, Buddy, was treated very well and got a lot of exercise each day. We loved seeing him on camera from our vacation. They also gave us a nice gift bag of treats to take home. Our first night was free because we were new clients which was a nice, unexpected bonus.
