"Atlanta baby gear fanatic here! Commented on an Instagram post where owner hired 3 new young white women, questioning her decision not to hire women of color with this store’s horribly racist reputation. She deleted the comment and blocked me. Would never want to give such a place my business."

"I can't believe I'm writing a negative review, but my experience at this shop was deeply disappointing & disgusting. I've been a loyal customer since my son's birth and loved their clothes. As a young mom, I felt judged every time I walked in; it was clear they assumed I couldn't afford their pricey items. I endured the judgment because I liked their selections, but their customer service was consistently terrible. I've never felt welcome there, and eventually, I found boutiques with similar quality clothes that treated me with respect. Now, the real reason for this scathing review: an employee at Baby Braithwaite shared my personal information without my consent!!! I'm appalled that they would violate my privacy in such a way. I'll never set foot in this store again, and I strongly advise against it. There are plenty of other boutiques in Atlanta with superior service that won't compromise your privacy or make you feel uncomfortable."

"I don’t think I have ever taken the time to write a negative google review in my life but here we are. I have visited this store three or four times when visiting Atlanta and the clothes are adorable and store is displayed beautifully etc. However, I have never been spoken to from the time I open the door to the time it shuts behind me on my out. Each time I think ok let’s just go check it out and maybe it will be better. Nope. Not even a hello how are you. I could go on and on about how horrible this customer service is but I will chalk it up to this: nothing in there is worth taking the time to go into the store and be ignored."

"I came in with my huge pregnant belly and a fussy toddler. I was desperate to shop and use the bathroom. The owner saw me struggling and watched my son so I could run to the restroom. The selection of toys and clothes was amazing! It’s my go to for every day outfits and special occasions."

"A truly beautiful, happy shop with the most thoughtful, lovely, curated baby clothing and gifts you will ever find. Making a baby registry was too easy - the shop owner met with me, took notes on what I liked, and flushed out my registry without me having to lift a finger. She added monograms and even made sure I had sizing correct for the time of year my little boy would be wearing 3mo, 6 mo, etc. Cannot recommend Baby Braithwaite enough!!"
