Thrifty for Charity 3095 State Highway 11, Mansfield, GA 30055

"Second time coming here and idk why but we always get charged wrong. Just left and was told $5.35 but got charged $20.33 (thank God I had the receipt printed to catch the overcharge) had to go back inside to get my money back which she did say she was sorry but she kept my receipt. Now, I understand mistakes happen. But seems a little off when it’s my second time coming here and the second time it’s happened. Sad cause it’s a cool little nostalgic thrift store w some decent finds. Also tried to charge us $2 for a “free book” when we mentioned the books prior to her checking us out to ensure it was in fact free like the box it was in stated. And she agreed the books were free. Just puts a bad taste in your mouth. Smh"

"This is THE most awesome thrift store. Located in a small town but with big savings. The owner is the sweetest lady you will ever meet. Merchandise changes almost daily with donations from all around the community. Not at all like Goodwill who does not give back from their donations only puts big money in their personal pockets. If there is no price on an item just go to the register and Miss Sandra will give you the lowest price possible I am sure."

"I'm a thrifter so Thrifty for Charity is my kind of place- without fail I always find something good. I love the feel good/calm vibe of the historic building. If you like to thrift, you know that a lot of the donation based stores have increased in prices becoming so stingy but NOT Thrifty for Charity. Will always be my go to thrift store."

"Hardly any prices on items… each item you’re interested in gets assessed at the register. Prices are well, well over Goodwill. Closer to boutique or antique prices. Store is super jam packed and hard to enjoy. Think the thrift store is for a good cause???, but they need someone who is familiar with thrift store pricing to come in and help, so stuff can move."
