"I went to this location on 10/10/2023 about 6:00pm. I walked around about 5 minutes & no one greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance. I've shopped with Cato for years and never had this to happen. The cashier and I made eye contact multiple of times and she never said a word to me. I politely placed my items back on the rack and walked out."
