"Recent visited Soma on 7/30/22. I met with salesperson Valerie and she was amazing. After loosing a lot of weight, I was long overdue for a better fitting bra. Valerie was beyond helpful, supportive and understanding of my desires. After many measures and trying on of bras, we found my size, my comfort and one that made me smile! Something I have not done with a bra in a long time! Valerie not only took her time to make sure the bra properly fit, she provided care tips for making my new bras last. "I recently lost about 170lb and needed to be fitted for new bras. Covid restrictions has made that kind of hard, so when I found out Soma was open and doing fittings I decided to pop in. The shop is VERY clean. Allison greeted me at the door and asked how she could help. I explained I had recently lost a lot of weight and needed to revamp my bra stash. She walked me to a fitting room (which she wiped down in front of me) and measured me. She proceeded to fit me until we found several options in THE perfect size. "there appears to be a recent change in management. last two visits were not enjoyable due to personnel attitudes. had a recent bathrobe that literally fell apart in shreds on the second wash (clearly defective) and manager on duty was rude and trying refusing return. i can spend my money where people are more customer oriented."
