"I use to take my animals here but I no longer will. I had 2 animals that was doing alot of scratching and biting which caused hair lose in places, no other dog in my home did it. These 2 dogs was pit bull in which pit bulls are known for having a skin issue that you shouldn't breed them if they have it so I asked for a skin scrap on one and the Dr refused. The 2nd one he seemed like he was just trying to pull something out of the air as an diagnosis n I ended up with a $146 bill when I left and the random suggestions didn't work but what shocked me was he just mainly wanted me to continue giving the benedryl and I could up the dosage... I mean a actual diagnosis sounds more professional not pushing over the counter children's benedryl down his throat not know what the root of the problem is. I now use rainsville animal clinic"

"Had no care for animal. We had a cat presenting with liver failure, white gums, yellow skin, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, depression, and excess drooling and he said it was pneumonia. Didn’t even check for leukemia or feline hiv and cat did not have vaccines. Completely misdiagnosed because Doctor had no care for animal. PLEASE do not take your cat here. Took him to Huntsville and they caught everything right away. If the animals are in any kind of serious condition please go elsewhere"

"Well I can’t really rate it because the doc wasn’t there. The assistant offered to call when he got in. I think I saw him pull in as I was leaving. No phone call. A little unprofessional."
