"These guys did an incredible job. They showed up on the weekend at 8pm and did an amazing job. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I can’t say enough about their team and the work they did. They deserve much more than 5 stars."

"Servpro of Chattanooga came right out, put out dehumidifiers and taped the cords down to the solid hardwood floor. When they pulled the tape, the finish came off. Now they want to charge over $10,000 to refinish the floors on top of the over $2000 we paid ($4000- + deductible). All they had to do was use a different tape or none at all. Now they state it was “incidental” damage and they’re not responsible. Maybe a total area of 3 sq ft of finish damaged. Probably closer to 2 square feet. I know this is a franchise and franchisor takes this seriously. I’m sure State Farm will be contacting them after I send the estimate into claims. I wish there was a way to give negative review…"

The crew came within an hour of my initial call; returned several days to repair the damage. The crew was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful in every way!!!
