"Bad Dry cleaners don’t deserve any star: Bad Customer Service from the lady at the front desk. I took 30 pieces of clothes to the Walton Way Extension location, she counted the clothes and gave me a slip reading 30 clothes. I returned after almost a week to pick up my clothes, paid almost $140 and started counting my clothes. As I was counting my clothes, she interjected from the other side of the counter and said, “your clothes were 27.” I told her no, they were 30 in all, and as she started raising her voice, I left to my car to get her the slip that she gave to me that was reading 30 pieces. As I returned to show her my proof that she counted the clothes to be 30, this lady started yelling at me, telling me that I was rude for walking out on her to go and get the slip that shows the proof that I gave her 30 clothes. At that point I told her that she doesn’t have the right to yell at me when she’s supposed to be apologizing to me for losing my clothes. I continued counting my clothes and checking for any broken buttons. She went behind and started calling the manager, telling him how I only brought 27 clothes which she counted and now I’m claiming 30. On hearing her talking to the manager like that, I asked her if I can see her manager, and she replied he’s on his way in 10 minutes. I waited for more than 30 minutes and the manager didn’t show so I left without any of my clothes and to return later. I returned about three hours later and met the manager. I explained to him what transpired. I told the manager how I always send clothes in 10’s, 20’s and 30’s. Definitely not in odd numbers, but in round, even figures. The manager checked the system and found my remaining three clothes in another location, and I still haven’t received them. That yelling on me when you told me to come down and pick my clothes, when they are not ready. I wasted my gas twice coming down to your location when my clothes were not ready. I still have to drive down from North Augusta the third time when my remaining three clothes are ready. Still no apologies from anyone. This is not the right way to render good customer service. Last Saturday 11/04/2023 they sent me a text message that my three missing clothes were ready for pick up. I went there today 11/07/2023 to pick up the clothes. The same bad customer service representative charged me $16.45 for the three clothes without confirming how many clothes she brought to me. So I asked her why she made me pay for three (3) clothes when she only gave me two (2) clothes. Immediately I asked about my third item and complained about the unfair treatment of going back and forth North Augusta to the dry cleaners multiple times and wasting my time and gas, this customer service/front desk lady started raising her voice and yelling at me again. So I politely told her to write on my receipt that she only gave me two (2) clothes and I walked away. I called the cleaners on an occasion and spoke with a lady that claimed to be the owner. She made me feel worse as she kept talking to me like I was lying about my missing clothes. After that conversation, they finally found one of my missing Polo Ralph Lauren T-shirt. I went there yesterday 12/01/23 to pick it up. They are still missing my Green color Tommy Hilfinger khaki pant. I have been wasting my gas, time and energy to go to the cleaners to continue asking for my missing items. It’s been more than two (2) months. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!! JUST LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU FIND MY REMAINING Tommy Hilfinger Green Khaki Pant. They have not found my khaki pants as they have not called me. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!"

"After returning a call about repairing damages 5 times no one would ever answer thr phone. This was after calling from a restricted number and leaving a voice-mail. All during normal business hours. Dropped off work uniforms for cleaning and a press. Cleaning was good bur the press was about as light as it was when dropped off. Also wasn't about to receive my discount as the girl working said she didn't have access to discounts. For what I paid here ($54, 5 uniforms)got worse results that where I usually go that's cheaper($38) but has a 3 day turnaround vs lapels 2 day."

"Friendly, fast, everything has been very clean and nicely pressed, located in my neighborhood, and if the parking was any more convenient, you’d have to drive through the door. Best dry cleaning experience overall that I’ve ever had."

"On the morning of November 30 3023 I requested four dress shirts be laundered and finished with medium starch. I was told by the clerk that it would be done by Saturday, December 2nd. SUPER! What fast service! I thought. I attempted to retrieve my items shortly after noon on Tuesday December 5th only to be shown printed on the ticket that the items would not be ready until December 12th. Had I been informed correctly initially I never would have committed to a week-and-a-half service."
