"Initially sought out a cleaning service on Thumbtack Notice Kristin & Veterans and requested that she contact me for services After Thumbtack directed me to other cleaning company I decided to contact her directly. Explained to her what was needed from her service (only wanted common area vacuum mopped, walls clean and organization of garage I also mentioned the four hours/160.00 that was mention on Thumbtack. Her response to me was concerning a bad review her company had received.If I was deterred by that review I would not have contacted her business for services. She continued to play off the 160.00 mentioned on Thumbtack. After asking several questions about "the cleaning of the walls" it was decided that she needed to see them and elevate Arrange a meeting for 5:30 this evening Checked phone she calls me 5:15 leaves message stating her husband doesn't feel comfortable extending her services Phoned no answer phoned again click. Someone else from that number phoned and stated that a message was left did I not receive. Yes!!!! I received message I phoning you backing to inform you of your unprofessionalism Support Black Businesses and then to throw in the veteran aspect I'm a military brat and this not how they handle business"
