"This morning your van came flying through our neighborhood during bus pickup time. I yelled at them to slow down. Then a neighbor asked them to slow down. The drivers response... you 're not a cop. You can't tell me how fast to drive. It's dark. There are kids walking down the road to get to the bus stop. We would greatly appreciate your talking to your drivers!! This isn't the first time we've seen them speed through here!!"

"Months of service, no problem. Last drop off, told to come back next day. Next day, pick up , get home and find clothes missing. Go back next day, pick up some more but not all, "not ready". Come back again to pick up final pieces. I never complained, shouldnt have to imo. Ill go 2 stars because the dc was good but we have moved on looking for better consistent service."
