"Got my dress shirt back and it had a wrinkle line pressed into it along the button line. Took it back, he said no problem. Went back to pick it up. No wrinkle line however for some reason for the repressing they disassembled the French cuffs and the cuffs were unrolled AND the elastic band floral button cuff links were missing. I took it back and kindly asked for the cuff links. The guy started saying stuff like the links were never on it, the sleeves being undone is how I gave it to him, that he had no reason to steal the links etc. He said it's very easy to fix the cuffs so I gave him the shirt and asked him to demonstrate which all he did was roll the cuffs up and attach the holes to the sleeve button which of course was wrong, it was all crooked and wrinkled up. He had the audacity to look at me and say "See, very easy". I told him that's not how French cuffs look, I took my shirt back. It's been 3 or 4 weeks, I gave him time to find my cuff links or call me with a resolution which I've not heard back from him. I would be very careful about using them for anything nice or intricate. I won't be back."

"Wow! So, I work at a very popular high end bridal salon and I took a chance on finding my own cleaner for my wedding gown. After 4 years of it sitting with a large margarita stain in it (don’t judge me), I decided to try and see if someone would take a chance on getting it out. Jitendra (or just J I believe) was so warm and inviting and made me feel very at ease trusting my expensive wedding gown and veil with. Just know, it does take some time but, you cannot rush a delicate process like this. A little under two months later and I just picked it up. He showed me before and after photos and just WOW! It looks incredible, I wanted to cry so I just hugged him instead. I would recommend this place to anyone. The kindness and great care he took with it will never be forgotten. Thank you so much!"
