"I am absolutely dissatisfied with their service. I’ve took my suit there for alteration work. The suit is not correct. I tried to explain to her what I was seeing and I did not like it. She kept trying to tell me there’s nothing wrong with it I will charge $120 for something that I was not satisfied with, she didn’t try to resolve the issue at all. She said she will refund me $10 of the money I paid for the suit to be fixed am very unsatisfied with their work and I would never come back again."

"Took my husband Pelle Pelle jacket along with clothes to get Dry cleaned and when he picks up the jacket the stitching is all pulled up the lettering is lifted color is a bit faded. This was the first time this jacket has been cleaned and it got ruined on top of that of course the Asian lady blames it on the manufacture of the jacket and takes No responsibility. I will Not Be back EVER!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE"

"Professional cleaners is just to back. The owner is extremely friendly and provides exceptionally fast service. After just one visit she knew who I was from that point forward. Whether you want your clothes hung, folded, starched, etc. they are there to please. I highly recommend this cleaner having tried every other cleaner within a 5 mile radius. I travel frequently for business and they are often able to meet a very quick turnaround for me. You won’t be disappointed."
