"I dropped my items off to be cleaned along with a black jacket and pants to be hemmed. I've gone here for years before I moved to Florida and When moved back became returned as a customer. I was in DC When found my jackets arms were inches too short. I also found that my clothes still smelled of sweat like they were never cleaned. I had to hand wash my shirts in the sink, cleaned the lining of the suit area by the arm pits. I called to let him know how disappointed I was and I would show him when i returned. I needed the exact amount of suits that I brought. And now I'm down a suit. I can't afford to buy anything and its a must I wear a suit every day! when I came back I thought he would apologize and correct it. ( I think he realized he couldn't and would owe me for a jacket) what happened was troubling but I was going to remain loyal as long as he fixed it. We all make mistakes. However, imagine my shock that he actually just flat out denied even working the jacket!! Crazy! Now I'm out of a jacket, original money spent on cleaning and how to re clean some where else? I simply don't have the money! Just can't believe he denied it like that. True colors of a weasel!"
