"I purchased a Living Social voucher for a 2-story home pressure washing up to 3,000 square feet. The vendor refused to clean the outside basement level of my house because he said it was a third story. I told him voucher says a 2-story home up to 3,000 square feet and my home is less than 3,000 square feet. He still refused and said it would be an extra $65. The portion that he did pressure wash, he did a "half effort" job. There was still quite a bit of dirt left on my home. He insisted it was mildew or algae and that would cost an extra $60. It just looked like dirt to me so I scratched at it with my fingernail and it came off. I hold him if I can scratch it off with my nails, surely it should come off with a pressure washer. So I asked him to redo the area that he supposedly cleaned, but he refused. He said he already did it and I should follow up with Living Social if I had a problem with it. I would not recommend using this vendor. Save your money and go with a more qualified and reputable company. This guy has terrible customer service skills."

"I had a great experience. I have used this company to get my carpet cleaned , driveway pressure washed my air ducts cleaned on different occasions. They always have come on time and the service has been great. The prices are pretty good to. They do more than clean carpet and I had a few things that needed to be done around my home. I just figured I would try the service. I made a good decision."

"Purchased an Amazon Local voucher for "One Story of Pressure Washing (up to 1,500 Square Feet)". 1) I called them to schedule my appt. They didn't return my calls. 2) After a week I finally was able to schedule and set a date. 3) The morning of the appointment they called to push back the appointment to noon, which I was fine with. I rescheduled my own work to accommodate. 4) At 4:15PM, they had yet to arrive. I called to ask if they were still coming and was told he was calling his tech to see where he was at and would call me right back. 5) At 6:00PM I'd still never heard back. Called again, left a voicemail, no return call. The guy answering the calls was consistently short bordering on rude, lacked any basic customer service skills, and overall wasted my time while showing zero interest in actually fulfilling the service they sold. Have reached out to Amazon Local to process a refund. Would not recommend..."
