"This laundry has changed in the last few months. The 5 star points are: cleanliness, location, and prices. The 1 star points are: Safety, i.e., people consistently entering the establishment that are not washing there. 2. Washing machines - i.e., leaves the clothes wet so you spend more on the dryers. 3. Employee lacks knowledge of washing and fabrics - i.e., explained that washing machine was not wringing the clothes as usual and they were wetter. The only reply was I put too many in, when, in fact, one load I did, but not the other 4 loads. When your lightweight fabrics are extra moist, it is a problem with the spinning cycle. This resulted in extra money being spent to dry clothes even after separation. 4. Brash, rude, and unconcerned employee - i.e., when explaining about the issue, his response was rough and lacked concern for a serious issue. For being a loyal and referring customer for almost 3 years, I will not return."

"The establishment is cleaned daily. Get there early enough to beat the crowd. Machines working are a hit and miss. Some dryers get hotter than others. Also, when using the app all of your time may not be credited. This happened to me using the dryers. Dryer # 28."
